Kids Learn to Build with AI, Not Instead of Coding
AI tools can write code in seconds. They also write code with bugs, and they cannot always tell. So our AI courses teach kids to do both jobs: write a clear prompt, then read what the AI produced, test it, and fix it. That is how professional developers use AI today, and it is why AI courses sit alongside real coding in Python and JavaScript at CodaKid, not in place of it.

Which AI Tools Will My Child Use?
We teach with the same tools professionals use. Depending on the course, that includes ChatGPT, Replit’s AI, Google’s Gemini API, Cursor, Framer, ElevenLabs, Adobe Character Animator and CapCut. Each course page lists the tools it uses.
Courses that use ChatGPT need a parent to set up and supervise the account. In these courses ChatGPT is an optional free account for brainstorming and idea generation. If your child is under the age ChatGPT requires, a parent or guardian creates and manages the account.
